Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a school-age learner. By signing up you confirm you are that parent or guardian and that you accept these terms on the learner's behalf. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Mentori provides access to official published curriculum content together with AI-assisted teaching, doubt solving, practice and revision. Mentori supplements school learning. It is not a school, not a substitute for a teacher, and does not guarantee any examination outcome.

Do not share accounts across families, attempt to extract or resell content in bulk, reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use Mentori to impersonate another person. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

NCERT textbook material is sourced from the official NCERT publication and remains the property of its rights holders. It is provided within Mentori for personal, educational use by the learner on the account.

Explanations, practice items and summaries generated inside Mentori are licensed to you for personal educational use and may not be redistributed commercially.

Teaching content is generated by AI models and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. We ground explanations in the official chapter your child is reading to reduce this, but output should be treated as a study aid to be checked, not an authoritative source.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees as shown at checkout. Credits included with a plan apply to the billing period and do not carry over. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We aim to keep Mentori available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and features described as "in development" are not part of what you are paying for until released.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
